DELIVERY WITHIN UK

All garments are made to order by hand in London and we will aim for your clothes to be made within one-two weeks of your order.

To get your order safely to you as quickly as possible, we use 24hr Tracked Mainland Shipping, which costs £4.45, applied at checkout.

GREEN LONDON DELIVERY OR PICK-UP

Live in London and want your order a bit quicker? We can organise an eco-courier to cycle your order straight to your door; please select this option at checkout.

Alternatively you are very welcome to collect your order from our convenient Covent Garden studio.

NON-UK DELIVERY

We are grateful for our lovely customers all over the globe who enjoy wearing our dresses. For deliveries outside of mainland UK, we will aim for your clothes to be made within one week of your order confirmation, however shipping times and prices will vary. Please note you are wholly responsible for all taxes/duties. Please contact studio@cococonran.com for specific information regarding shipping internationally.

Returns

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Returns are very tricky for small businesses, especially like mine where all the products are made-to-order.

If you are unsure about sizing, please don't hesitate to ask me. Alternatively, I would be delighted to welcome you to my London studio for you to try for size.

Not only can you see the styles and fabric in person, you can also see where everything gets made, and have a complimentary fitting, to make your items fit you perfectly. You can give me a call or email me to make an appointment.

If you cannot make it to my studio, please contact me and I would be very happy to chat to you about finding the right size and style for you. Just give me a call or drop me an email.

STANDARD SIZE ORDERS

I would please ask you to consider an exchange before asking for a refund, I would be thrilled to chat with you to find a style that works perfectly for you.

Please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 14 days (the sooner, the better).

Items must be returned in a pristine, un-worn, re-sellable condition in their original packaging.

CUSTOM MEASUREMENT ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE - Custom Measurement orders CANNOT be returned. Unfortunately, as these items are made to the measurements provided, we are unable to re-sell these items. Please contact studio@cococonran.com for any questions about custom measurements.
